Exchanges and Returns


Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from receiving date. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below, then visit www.altrider.eu/info/exchangesandreturns and follow the instructions to receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and complete your return.  Or contact our Sales Department at  or info@altrider.eu to receive the RMA.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the RMA number.

You may return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange, less any original or return shipping fees, under these conditions:

1.     Only if the merchandise is in 100% factory condition.  Original manufacturer’s packaging and same condition as sold – original boxes, packaging material, instructions, documentation, parts, and attached tags.    

2.    Only unused, unscratched, uninstalled, undamaged merchandise will be accepted.  Do not install equipment until you are sure you want to keep it.  Package items carefully in protective materials before returning them.  Never ship an item only in its original shipment  packaging – it will arrive damaged.  Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to AltRider.eu. The customers is responsable and liable for the return shipment. Also the shipping costs are for the sender.

No returns or exchanges on:

  • Special Order parts
  • Electrical parts that have been removed from the manufacturer’s sealed packaging
  • Clearance items
  • Gift Certificates


All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. The restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection of the returned merchandise and may be waived when store credit is taken instead of the refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to AltRider.eu.  Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.

We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged.  These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

Freight Damaged and Mis-Shipped Items
AltRider will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless you received damaged packages or defective items or it is the result of an error made by AltRider.  Contact us at info@altrider.eu within 1 week and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.  We will ship in-stock replacement items in 2-5 business days via the original order’s shipping method.  

Hard Parts Warranty
AltRider stands behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. We will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use within 1 years due to manufacturing defaults. Such repairs or replacements, including parts, labor and return transportation costs will be made free of charge to the customer. The warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, accident, incorrect installation, or apply to altered or repaired products.  

Hemisphere Luggage Warranty
AltRider Hemisphere Luggage is deliberately designed to hold up to the abuse of adventure riding. We offer to the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty on AltRider Hemisphere Luggage if purchased directly from AltRider or an authorized AltRider dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship only. If a product is found to be defective, we will offer prompt repair or replacement at our discretion. This warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, accident, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or apply to altered or repaired products. Any warranty claims will require original proof of purchase.
