Twin Valley Riders of Virginia #284

The second iteration of the Twin Valley Rally is definitely on and preparations are proceeding nicely. The wonderful attractions that made our rally a huge success will be back this year, plus we're working on a few new tricks to make sure the second time around is even better. Space will be limited and we expect it to fill up, so it's important to register early. It's at Willville Motorcycle Camp in Meadows of Dan. Located at mile marker 177.7 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. GPS N 36 44.021, W 80 25.476. Rally fee $40. Great meals both nights. Guided on and off-road rides. Live music, door prizes, 50/50 raffle. Ride the Blue Ridge with the Knobbies second rally sponsored by the Knob Mountain Motorcycle Club (Knobbies) and the city of Morganton, NC.

Rally site is the new Catawba Meadows Park in Morganton. Easy access to Interstate 40 and the best riding in the southeastern US. Includes the Blue Ridge Parkway, Snake, Dragin and many more roads that have not yet been named. Primitive tent camping on rally site. RV sites available with some electrical hook-ups, but no sewer. Local campgrounds are nearby with full hook-ups for those that require electricity and sewer. Morganton has plenty of motel space as well. Door prizes, Rally awards, 50/50 drawing and free rally t-shirt for the first 150 registered. Meal provided for Saturday night. Maps will be provided that highlight Dual Sport Rides, GPS tours, and Cruiser rides. Club members can provide details about most of the roads in western NC. In addition, our club members will have long "rode-alongs" for those that wish to have rides with our club members. $40 registration fee at rally.
