The AltRider Luggage Rack System combines the Rear Rack and Pillion Rack into one complete system. Made from 3/16 inch (4.8 mm ) aluminum, all edges on the luggage racks are perfectly rounded so they won’t snag on any straps and luggage while keeping a functional yet stunning design.
The AltRider Rear Rack can be mounted in multiple positions to suit your luggage needs. Bolt it directly to the factory rack to create a larger, more versatile platform for your gear. The rack can also replace the OEM rack, bringing your load and center of gravity closer to the ground. Finally the luggage rack can be mounted without the factory rack or passenger grab handles – creating a continuous and nearly flat luggage surface when combined with the pillion rack. The rear rack directly integrates with RotopaX fuel packs, RAM mounts and Givi top cases (requires Givi top case mounting kit – sold separately).
The AltRider Pillion Rack is secured using the keyed latch of the pillion seat -- no tools or hardware required. The pillion rack provides a solid surface to mount to while keeping the elements out from the under-seat compartment
