A radiator puncture due to road debris is a serious threat to ruin your day of riding. That’s why AltRider Radiator Guards were designed to protect the radiator from road debris while allowing as much airflow as possible.
AltRider Radiator Guards are constructed from 1.4 mm aluminum and feature louvered cutouts, a technique that serves two important purposes. First, the bent louvers increase the stiffness of each guard in comparison to guards with flat cutouts or screens. Second, the louvers allow greater airflow compared to flat cutouts while the angled design provides maximum coverage from rocks and other debris. The laser cut guards are grained to remove burrs, formed and anodized for durability.
Each Radiator Guard floats above the radiator itself to allow full cooling function, and mounts to three factory hard points for robustness. Installation is a breeze with the included high quality hardware, and no cutting or other modifications are necessary.
